However, sometimes you are looking to drink something with a little more flavor so adding lemon is a popular method. If you’re looking for a new way to drink something sweet, but keep it healthy fruit-infused water is the way to go.

To help you out, here are some fruit-infused water recipes you can try this summer that will satisfy your sweet tooth and keep you healthy.

Blueberry Orange:
For one, blueberries are one of the most potent sources of antioxidants. Luckily if you’re in a hurry, adding blueberries can be super easy because there is no cutting or preparation involved. All you need to do is open up the package, rinse them off, and drop them in. Oranges provide an excellent source of vitamin C which is crucial for a healthy immune system.

Watermelon Strawberry:
Now that both watermelon and strawberries are in season, now is the best time to make this infused water. Strawberries are a superfood due to them improving heart health, helping with blood sugar control and even cancer prevention. They are loaded with vitamins and contain very high levels of antioxidants called polyphenols.

Just one serving can contain more vitamin C than an orange. Watermelons are already 90% water, so it will help you stay hydrated while also providing you with vitamin C and A.
