Before you exercise, are you considering what and when you eat? It can help you push harder and recover faster, so maybe you should be. These three tips will help you maximize your workouts and help you build your body better and faster.

Tip #1 Healthy Carbs  – Carbohydrates are our main source of energy, so try to boost your energy with fruit, whole grains, starchy vegetables or eve yogurt.

Tip #2 Time Your Meals – Eat a snack or small meal a few hours before your workout and then post workout have some carbs and proteins to replenish energy and repair muscles.

Tip #3 Always Hydrate – Drink water before and during every workout. If your body starts to tell you it’s thirsty, you’re already more dehydrated than you should be.
