Breakups By The Book

Bella Breakdown

When our hearts are broken, we sometimes wish for an easy fix. Seriously, if there was a pill we could take to ease heartbreak, it would be flying off of the shelves. So, we try to take the advice of others to help ease our pain. As much advice as we get from friends and loved ones, the right answers about how to pragmatically get over a breakup might actually be found in books.

1. The first piece of advice was to look at your life and where you want it to go. Then, consider your previous relationship and understand how it was holding you back from where you want to be in your life.

2. Instead of holding on to someone who is back and forth with their interest in you, understand that if someone truly wants to be with you, they are going to actively pursue you. There won’t be a question, because their actions will display their interest.

3. Don’t hate the player, just don’t date them. People who are used to being game players will likely be stuck in their ways their whole lives, and we have the ability to take ourselves out of that game.
