“House of Cards” fans were devastated when they first learned that actor Kevin Spacey was facing some horrible sexual assault charges. While Robin Wright is killing it solo, we still keep wondering what’s going on with Spacey, who as mostly disappeared from the Hollywood scene of late.

On Monday morning, Spacey was arraigned for his charges from 2016. Allegedly, Spacey was at a bar and proceeded to buy one of the busboys drinks, getting him further intoxicated until he eventually pulled down his pants and groped him. Spacey seems to be sticking his guns, denying the claims and even releasing a very strange video of himself as Frank Underwood, denying the allegations further.

“I know what you want. You want me back. Of course, some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all,” he says in the video. “Oh, of course they’re going to say I’m being disrespectful, not playing by the rules. Like I ever played by anyone’s rules before. I never did. And you loved it.”

Spacey and his lawyer are refusing to make any comments yet, but there is also word that the survivor, who was 18-years-old at the time, has video evidence of the encounter. The next hearing is set for March 4.
