Reasons We’re Bringing Back the 90s

For those of us that grew up in the 90s, we know that we were witnesses to some of the greatest fashion throughout the decades. There are definitely a few reasons as to why you are seeing so many 90s trends come back. Here are all of the trends you might see in stores that will give you some major flashback:

1. Chunky Shoes
You might notice chunky boots, hiking boots, and platforms are coming back. Those were a 90’s staple!

2. Spaghetti Straps
You may notice that spaghetti strap dresses specifically are on their way back. A lot of red carpets in the 90s featured some amazing spaghetti strap dresses, and don’t be surprised if you see them again. Move over strapless, we’ve got spaghetti.

3. Mini-Skirts
You may have noticed that the mini skirt hasn’t been in style until just the past year. Jean mini skirts and plaid mini skirts have once again hit clothing racks, and won’t be ignored.

4. Visible Branding
Brands like Calvin Klein, Nike, Moschino, and even Versace are all rocking fashion with visible branding.

5. Patterns
One of my favorite trends of the 90s has always been camo patterned clothing. You will also see a lot of polka dots and plaid.
