To make these cuties, you will need:
green and yellow royal icing
2 piping bags
Wilton #3 tips
black edible food writer
Here’s what to do
To begin, pipe yellow ovals onto your wax paper. Be sure to make the top portion narrower than the bottom.
While the icing is still wet, pipe your leaves with the green icing, making them look like an upside down arrow.
Allow these to dry overnight.
Next draw a few black diagonal lines, then a few more going the other way.
Use them to top your favorite pineapple sorbet or any other dessert.
