Everyone has a story and everybody’s story is unique and it matters. Today you are going to hear a story about a girl who is absolutely fearless and dares to dream big. She doesn’t let anything stand in her way!

Meet Rachel Fleit. At 18 months of age, she lost every hair on her body. She was diagnosed with Alopecia. Growing up bold was forever tied to her identity. It was who she saw herself as in the beginning and who everyone identified her as. She felt like her confidence was significantly impacted by her disease and it was hard for her to even think about having a dream…she didn’t even know it was possible.

When she got to high school she made the decision that she wanted to keep her disease a secret so she avoided a lot of school activities. However, when she was 16 she found her people in the theater. They weren’t trying to be like everyone else they were trying to be themselves. And once she entered the theater life was only beginning.
