Colorful Spring Woven Braid
Bella Breakdown
Looking for a way to inject a bit of color into your classic braid?
Try adding a fabulous scarf with this ingenious ‘do. Start by spraying volumizer on your roots to add a little more volume, just pull hair straight up and spray the roots then blast with a hairdryer to set – if your hair still tends to fall flat you can add just a light amount a of backcombing at the crown on your head.
Next, wrap your scarf around like a headband – choose a long colorful scarf that’s not too thick, if the material is slick like silk, try misting with water so it doesn’t slip as easily.
Knot it at the nape of the neck, be sure to cover the ears just a little bit for that feminine touch.
Divide the hair into three uneven sections with the scarf in the two outer sections, and start braiding.
When you get to the bottom just tie the two ends of the scarf together and enjoy the fabulous day you must be about to have with this look.
