DIY Hand Painted Party Balloons

Parties can be magical, and you don’t need an ice sculpture or fancy settings to create a warm and memorable time. All you need to add is a little extra thought and attention to details for a special time you’ll remember for years to come.

You can either create your patterns on helium balloons or on air filled balloons for some quick and fun decorations.

Latex Balloons
Helium Tank
Craft Paint
Paint Palette
Foam Pouncers
Patterning Brushes
Monofilament

Start by choosing your colors of craft paint and put in your palate.

Next either inflate your balloon using a helium tank and tie with mono filament string or just inflate with air. For a fun polka dot effect, take a pouncer and dip in your craft paint, then paint on in different colors and sizes.

You can also use patterning brushes for a stunning, double-line pattern all over the ballon. Have fun and try different shapes and patterns. Enlist some friends and you’ll be sure they’ll have a great time.
