How to Craft Beautiful Stone Drop Earrings

Creating these stylish yet simple earrings is easy with just a few tools and inexpensive beads and hardware. Customize your accessories to perfectly compliment your look or make them for a lucky friend.
We love a good drop earring and you can make these as simple and elegant or bold and bright as you want!
All you need to start your own pair is:
- Bead Pins
- Stone Beads
- Tiny Beads
- Ear Wire
- Round-nosed pliers
- Wire Cutter
Just start with your bead pin, thread your small bead onto the end so it sits on the flat part of the pin. Next thread on your large stone statement bead. Once you’re happy with how your earring looks, you’re going to make a hook to attach it to your ear wire, estimate a little space after your bead and snip any excess.
Use your round-nosed pliers to grab the very end of the wire and bend into a perfect little loop. Repeat the process for your next earring, head pin, small bead, statement bead, snip and loop.
Now all that’s left is to attach them to your ear wires. For this use your two pairs of round-nosed pliers to pull it open and thread on your dangling pieces. Now all that’s left is finding the perfect outfit to show off your new custom bling!
