Body image is mostly mental, not physical. Feeling good about your body starts with a positive attitude toward yourself. Mantras are personal to yourself. Write them out on a piece of paper and hang them on your bathroom mirror.
Say them every single day, at least twice before you leave the house in the morning. Start the day with positive thoughts about yourself.
