Quick Spicy Kale Chips

This honestly couldn’t be easier or more delicious. Indulge your craving for salty and crunchy chips with this health and delicious alternative, after a batch of these you’ll be hooked!

Just stem two bunches of kale by running your hand along length stems, and tear into two inch pieces. Divide the kale evenly among two rimmed baking sheets, it will look like a lot but don’t worry, it shrinks a lot in the over.

Next stir together two tablespoons of oil and five teaspoon of Sriracha chili sauce and pour it over the kale. Season it with coarse salt and toss with your hands to coat.

Bake in a 300 degree over and cook, tossing every 10 minutes, for about 35 minutes total, or until just starting to brown. Let the kale cool before serving and enjoy!
