With summer pretty much here beautiful flowers and sunny weather is what’s on everybody’s mind.

Get prepared by making some gorgeous floral accessories like these easy flower crowns. You’ll need scissors, craft glue or hot glue, felt, pliers, floral tape and floral wire and an assortment of you’re favorite fake flowers.

Just start by measuring the wire around your head, making sure it fits snugly at the top of your forehead, twist ends together and use floral tape to lock in place.

Now that you’ve got the base prepare your flowers by trimming the stems, either cut off stems completely or leave a few inches depending on which type of crown you want to make. If you’ve kept the stems, place flowers sideways and attach the stem to wire the band you’ve made using floral wire or tape.

If you’re working with stem-less flat flowers, cut out circles of felt and glue one side to the flower. To hold in place, glue the other felt circle to it, sandwiching the wire between the two. Fill in any gaps, adding pearls, ribbons, chain or charms to really make it your own!
