Fabric Pouch
Decoupage Medium
Craft Brush
Mixing Tray
Scissors
Jewel Printouts

Start by arranging your printouts on the clutch where you like them. Then pour some of the decoupage medium into the tray. Start one by one applying the medium in a nice thick layer to the jewels and tacking it onto the clutch. Once you have everything tacked down, brush a coat over all the printouts. Allow to dry for an hour and repeat for three coats total.
