Let’s face it. It gets harder and harder to wake up every morning at the crack of dawn to workout, head to work, and then come home to start part two of the day. Making sure everyone stays happy and healthy while on-the-go in my family is top priority, however, sometimes it can be a bit challenging to make the right choices with limited time on my hands. With that being said, every morning I try hard to make healthy choices that are just a little bit better than the day before. So, here’s what I’ve found helpful in order to kickstart my day when I’m running low on both time and energy. It all starts with a quick trip to Target, where I grab my top 3 morning essentials.

Step 1. Call in the Caffeine

First things first, when I wake up in the morning I head right to the kitchen in order to get that perfect caffeine-filled punch, the kickstarter I need to keep me going is my favorite Archer Farms Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee coffee. This indulgent, light bodied Vanilla Bean Crème Brulee blend has a rich, vanilla bean flavor with a touch of caramelized sugar. Served with cream, milk, & sugar this treat resembles your favorite dessert without all the calories! It’s a great way to wake me up and get me ready to face my hectic day and whatever else life decides to throw my way. Once my coffee has kicked in and my day is in full swing, I’m constantly on the go. Having a list of things that I need to get done in a timely fashion, it gets hard to think about a snack in the mix of it all. This is why I like to carry around with me everywhere I go a simple snack, which is extremely important to me because it not only keeps me fueled during my workday, but also keeps me, fueled throughout the whole day. Best of all, if you buy your fresh berries in bulk, you can freeze half and use them for fresh berry smoothies… in case you’re the type of gal who’d rather drink her daily fruit instead of eat it!
