Cranberry Cleanse
– 3/4 cups of Water
– 1/2 cup Cranberry Juice
– 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
– 1 splash of Lime Juice

Apple Cider Cleanse
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 1 cup Water
– 1/2 tbsp Honey
– 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
– 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
– 1 pinch Cayenne
– 1 pinch Himalayan Sea Salt

Blue Berry Immune Boost
– 1 glass of Water (with Ice)
– 2 tbsp Blueberries
– 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
– 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
– 2 tsp Maple Syrup or Agave (for taste)

Fat Burning Formula
– 1 glass of Iced Water
– 1 Lemon (juiced)
– 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
– 1 tbsp Honey
