Which Vegetarian Breakfast Foods Will Keep You Full Until Lunch?

Bella Breakdown

Certain foods don’t keep you full because they lack the nutrition that fuels your body.

New research conducted by the University of Warwick has found that brain cells called tanycytes tell the brain you’re full when two specific amino acids are detected in food. These acids can be found in foods like plums, apricots, avocados, lentils and almonds.

Other foods containing these acids that make for a good breakfast include raspberries, oatmeal and pistachios.
