First, if you use foundation, apply it first, and then apply your concealer, otherwise you’ll end up removing most of your concealer while you’re applying your foundation! But it’s not just when you apply your concealer but how that makes a difference.

The most flattering way to apply concealer is to draw a triangle with the base under your eye and the point toward your cheek. If you just draw a circle under your eye then the light is reflecting right into the area you’re trying to camouflage!
