Looking to tone those arms? Here’s 5 great yoga moves to help get your arms looking great in time for summer.

5 Moves to Master

1. Plank Reach: In plank position, first reach your right arm out straight in front of you, then the left.

2. Side Plank Circles: While in side plank, swing your raised arm in a giant circle. Repeat on the other side.

3. Table Top Reach: While in table top position, with your hands and feet on the floor and your tummy up toward the ceiling, reach one arm forward, then up toward the ceiling. Repeat on the other side.

4. Table Top Dips: While in table top position, with your tummy toward the ceiling, bend your elbows and reach your bottom toward the floor.

5. Dolphin Kick-Outs: While in dolphin plank position, reach one leg straight back and up toward the ceiling. Repeat on the other side.
