Kate Hudson Shows Off Her Post Baby Weight Loss

Six months after giving birth to her third child, Kate Hudson is right on track to lose all of her baby weight by spring. The actress posted of her progress for all of her Instagram followers to see on Wednesday proud to be closer to her goal weight.

“Okay my friends, wanted to share! I’m a couple of lbs from goal weight! I’ve done it without stressing on food or working out like crazy although I have been disciplined,” she captioned the photo. Kate’s self-congratulatory post wasn’t just to pat herself on the back, but also promote Weight Watchers.

“I’ve taken my time, I’ve stayed true to my @ww app which I am so grateful for our relationship and that they included me in their family because it’s an incredible set up,” the company’s brand ambassador wrote.

Hudson’s daughter with Danny Fujikawa, Rani Rose Hudson Fujikawa, was born on October 2, 2018 and since then the mom of three has managed to refrain from eating pie long enough to shave off some extra pounds. She has enjoyed a low-point WW wine and vodka martini, though.

Hudson didn’t just credit her resistance from eating pie for her success, but also her support system that also includes her Fabletics community. “Sharing the little parts of my wellness journey with you makes me feel oh so good. I can only hope that what I put out there can make you feel good and bring encouragement in return.”
