Yoga Poses to Unwind

We know you’re busy juggling ten things at once, but sometimes you need to take some time for yourself and unwind. We love these easy yoga poses by Tara Stiles that are perfect for releasing some of that tension after a long day of work.

Start by reaching up at the front of your mat, and bend over on your exhale. Step one leg to the back of your mat and bring your arms down on either side of you front leg. Soften into the pose and drop your knee to the mat then reach back.

Next straighten both legs, stretching your glutes then come up into a high lunge reaching both legs up, then reach both hands back down the ground and come into plank pose.

Then soften your begs down until you’re lying on your belly then release your hands behind you, reach back and open everything up. Bring your hands down then press back into a child’s pose. Just soften everything and follow your breath.
