Start with the Rabbit position. Start on your shins and hold on your ankles. Put the top of your head on the floor and move forward, arching your back and hold for 5 breaths.
Sit to one side for Mermaid and walk your hand over towards the feet and really stretch that top arm long then drop your elbow and stretch down your neck. Move back into Rabbit position and repeat Mermaid on your other side for a neck and back you haven’t felt in years.
