Being a couch potato and binge-watching your favorite Netflix show may sound great, but it’s not the best for your body. Luckily, for those who want to watch that next episode, but still workout can do that all in the comforts of their own home.
This first workout is so accommodating you can do it before you even leave your bed. Pillow crunches will strengthen your entire core by stacking two pillows at the foot of your bed.
You’ll then lie flat on your back with your feet resting on the pillows and arms crossed over your chest. Keep your core tight by inhaling and then as you lift your body, exhale.
If working out in your bed doesn’t seem ideal, take your fitness regime to the living where you can do multiple sets of shoulder taps, squats and push-ups. Another workout you can do is couch lunges.
Get those toned legs and perfect butt just in time for bikini season all while watching ‘Law & Order: SVU.” Keep on leg bent on the couch while your lunging leg is bent at a 90-degree angle. You’ll then lower until your knee is an inch or two from the ground.
